A phrase that has been lingering in the back of my head for quite some time now, ever since I watched “Superhero Movie”, which just happens to be one of those movies that pun superhero movies, mainly Spider-man, and of course, the words of wisdom came up in the film, what will a Spider-man movie be with out that cliché line.

And so it got me thinking, it really does make much sense, with power does comes responsibility (won’t use the words great because we are just human, not superheroes)

So as I wait to get bitten by a spider so I can have awesome power (Superman is an alien, Wolverine is a mutant, Batman is too dark and Hulk is stupid, ugly and green, making Spider-man highly probable)
As I was saying in my quest to ob

since we are humans and not super heroes- probably thats why we rarely own up to responsibility which *we attain with our throne of power- atleast not over an extended period of time *and rarely at our point of weakness, even for the best of us.

As they say, fiction does have an impact on our non fiction lives. soo maybe ‘richie rich’ and his associated greatness with goodnes (measured interms of money), tuned people into taking up the philanthrophic role at the height of their bank accouts (Warren Buffet. Bill Gates). Such a reality may have been instilled in their subconscious as kids through fiction characters and now seems human like- and is proven scientifically that philanthrophy is one of the most vital sources of happiness.

So maybe, human like re-creation of characters (not like captain planet and his inhuman skills) with similar human charactertistics of being, coupled with an associated show and sense of responsibility and fun at the pre-adolescent age, can have a postive impact on the lives of the coming generations? they may percieve the impossible as possible? or what- will that be too boring?

I agree, that what we precieved at such young age, have that impact on us to do good or evil for that case, inspired and idolizing such heroes or villians, you grow trying being one, doing good, helping out, or just simply destroying lives :)
captain planet was for eductaional purposes he sux as a super hero (what kinda of power is that)

But in another world , a world that knows no comics or superheroes as it is mainly in the middle east/ africa, what u come to idolize are real life figures and to believe in ur own self, and with that u start developing a sense of responsibility, the little things, u do that effect urself and those around you,

If anything we need no super heroes, just good examples, and who comes better than Mohamed PBUH and el Sa7aba, they sure never had super powers, and they had miles of heart and responsibility that matched that, even now, responsability is owning up to ur actions, something i believe, dont need a superhero to teach me.
